Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and DEVNSOFT LTD, trading as RoyalNode ("RoyalNode", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Armadillo, MUMB#74742, 8 Parkway Avenue, Sheffield, S9 4WA, United Kingdom. By ordering, activating, or using any RoyalNode service you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

RoyalNode provides shared hosting, reseller hosting, managed VPS, dedicated server, and WordPress hosting services, delivered from infrastructure located in Virginia, US-East. The specific features, limits, and pricing for each plan are described on the relevant service page at the time of order and may be updated for new orders from time to time.

2. Accounts and registration

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order and keep that information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly at sales@royalnode.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Billing and payment

Fees are billed in advance on the cadence selected at checkout (for example, monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees until the service is cancelled. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of the affected service after reasonable notice. Taxes, where applicable, are added to the listed price.

4. Money-back guarantee

Eligible hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial signup. To request a refund within that window, contactsales@royalnode.com. Domain registrations, license fees, and renewal payments after the initial 30-day period are generally non-refundable, consistent with standard hosting industry practice.

5. Acceptable use

Use of RoyalNode services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may suspend or terminate service for activity that violates that policy or applicable law.

6. Service availability and support

We work to keep services available and to respond to support requests quickly, with a typical response time of 15 to 30 minutes and support available 24/7. Planned maintenance may cause brief interruptions; where practical, we will provide advance notice through the client portal or email.

7. Backups and data

Applicable hosting plans include automated backup routines as described on the relevant service page. Backups are provided as a convenience and are not a substitute for your own independent backups. You remain responsible for maintaining copies of any content, data, or configuration that is important to you.

8. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel a service at any time through the client portal or by contacting sales@royalnode.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, breach of these Terms, breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or as required by law, generally after reasonable notice where the circumstances allow it.

9. Limitation of liability

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoyalNode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer or business customer.
